Performance Testing Specialist

The performance testing specialist will play a crucial role in our engineering team, developing a comprehensive strategy for performance testing. This includes creating detailed performance testing requirements and translating these into scenarios that replicate production.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain technical expertise in performance/load testing methodologies.
  • Design and develop solutions to support cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD practices.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Monitor server metrics using APM tools.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase the effectiveness of automation.
  • Implement innovative solutions that meet industry standards.
  • Analyze business requirements and solution designs to identify feasible transactions.

Technical Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in performance testing.
  • Min 5 years of experience with OpenText LoadRunner and protocols Citrix, RDP, Java, and mobile technologies.
  • Significant experience working with Jmeter and APM tools including NewRelic and Grafana.
  • Proven experience with SOAP Web Services and RESTful Web Services testing using SOAP UI, Postman, and Swagger.
  • Strong knowledge in performance testing principles and software development lifecycle processes.
