We are seeking a Performance Assurance Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multiple performance testing tools, including NeoLoad, LoadRunner, and JMeter. They will be responsible for creating test plans, executing tests, and analyzing results to ensure optimal system performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with multiple performance testing tools: NeoLoad (scripting, correlation, parameterization, results analysis), LoadRunner (VuGen scripting, Controller execution, Analysis reporting), JMeter (test plan creation, distributed testing)
  • Strong understanding of performance testing types – load, stress, endurance, spike, scalability
  • Experience with APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, or Prometheus for monitoring
  • Familiarity with CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD)
  • Solid knowledge of web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, SOAP, WebSockets)
  • Proficiency in SQL and database performance validation
  • Good understanding of OS-level performance monitoring (Linux, Windows)
