Role Summary:
The Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of efficient manufacturing processes that meet product quality and regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong technical background in manufacturing process engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and develop efficient manufacturing processes that meet product quality and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process improvements opportunities.
- Lead training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to execute processes effectively.
- Develop and maintain accurate product BOMs and costing information within Oracle.
- Work closely with finance and operations to ensure cost accuracy and alignment with targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in manufacturing process engineering, with exposure to program management in electronics manufacturing or diagnostic imaging product manufacturing.
- Strong experience working with multiple stakeholders is mandatory.
- Proven experience in managing teams effectively.
- Preferable experience in the healthcare industry with ISO 13485 certification.
