Director Process Excellence

This key role will drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, focusing on efficiency, cost optimization, and process innovation. By implementing operational frameworks, we aim to enhance productivity and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality across business units.
  • Lead transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of process improvements across teams.
  • Use analytics and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, finance, and technology teams to align process improvements with business goals.
  • Establish company-wide best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI-driven solutions for efficiency enhancement.
  • Define KPIs, monitor operational performance, and benchmark against industry best practices.
  • Develop initiatives to optimize resource utilization, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Mentor teams on operational excellence methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field from Tier 1 colleges.
  • 5-9 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or business transformation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and statistical tools.
