\Job Title: Senior Business Process Specialist\

This position will provide expert-level HR support services to onshore employees with a high level of effectiveness, efficiency, and customer-centricity.

The specialist will perform administrative, transactional, and data management activities, including workflow processing, case management, and report validation in Workday and Service Now.

  • Expert knowledge of Workday and Service Now is essential.\
  • Experience in HR transactions, EDM, and EE lifecycle events.\
  • Strong reporting skills, with experience in data validation and employee records management.\
  • Thorough understanding of Workday modules, including promotions, personal data changes, separations, and cost center changes.\
  • Proficiency in Workday Inbox and filters management.\
  • Knowledge of sandbox environments for testing.\
  • Ability to prepare and publish reports, both weekly and monthly.\
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.\
  • Multitasking, confidentiality, and organizational skills are essential.\
  • Ability to coach team members and deliver effective training sessions.\
  • Able to work independently and lead by example.\
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when needed, with a focus on meeting deadlines.\
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with basic computer knowledge required.\
  • MS Office applications are a must.\
  • Flexible working hours, including 24/7 shifts, but no remote work allowed.\
  • Agile and willing to work extended hours when necessary.\\
