Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Analysis expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

  • The selected candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • They will also collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis to inform project decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Process Modeling: Develop process maps, user stories, wireframes, and mockups to visualize business processes.
  • Requirements Gathering: Elicit and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and meetings.
  • Systems Analysis: Analyze business systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, requirements, and project deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and systems analysis.
  • Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, MS Excel, or Lucidchart.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
