Fusion HCM Senior Technical Functional Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technical Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality solutions and services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll, with experience in implementation, configuration, and maintenance of these systems. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing technical solutions, and providing training and support to end-users.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions to meet client needs.
  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configuration, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll, including implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and Payroll area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with North America Taxation, BIP, and OTBI development.
  • SDLC and JIRA knowledge.
  • HDL experience.
  • Ability to write fast formulas for payroll elements.
