Job Title: Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (OTL)

Location: Remote, India

Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation and support activities for Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR,
  • Drive the full project life cycle: requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, and deployment.
  • Configure and maintain:
  • Timecard layouts and time attributes
  • Time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies
  • Integrations with HCM
  • Develop and enhance:
  • Fast Formulas (FF) for time, payroll, and validations
  • Integrations with third-party applications
  • Reports and HCM Extracts
  • Manage security setup and AORs (Areas of Responsibility).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Implementation and support experience for Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR
  • Project management expertise in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, and deployment
  • Configuration and maintenance of timecard layouts, time attributes, time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies, and integrations with HCM
  • Development and enhancement of fast formulas (FF) for time, payroll, and validations, integrations with third-party applications, reports, and HCM extracts
  • Security setup and area of responsibility management
