Oracle HCM Cloud Expert

This position requires an expert with in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) suite. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support for cloud-based HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production support project experience – understanding AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, Upgrades testing etc.
• Interacting with offshore and onshore client engagements involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 4+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM functional (Any two modules - Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL)
• Cloud Technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
• Resolving production tickets, patch testing, Change requests. Analyzing and documenting Oracle environment requirements, engaging with Oracle customer, CSI partner, and developer base.
• Collaborating on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing, and quality assurance prior to change deployment of the Oracle environment.
• Managing System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance; key super-permissions for the Oracle environment, patch management, POD management, system configuration, and risk management.
• Performing Unit tests on high-level functionality, staging test scenarios, and documenting test results.
• Developing runbooks for technical objects and resolving technical queries during ticket resolution, providing functional guidance to technical teams.

Essential Skills:

• At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and minimum one production support project experience.
• Strong end-to-end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting (Fusion), Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding (Fusion), Learning (Fusion)).
• Efficient and effective communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to engage directly with clients on detailed technical discussions.
• Experience working with Onshore/NSA/Offshore model.
• Fast Formula creation and maintenance, HCM Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader, Custom Role Development, and Cloud System Administration services.
• BI Publisher (RTF design/e-text/Scheduling/Parameter Handling/Bursting/backup and migration of reports to different pods).
• Visual Builder Studio experience with extending application pages and migrating changes between instances.
• Reporting Tools: HCM Extract, OTBI, Analysis Dashboard.
• Transformation formula and automating inbound loads into HCM using HDL.
• Sysadmin activities, code deployment process, and quality assurance.
• Extending Cloud through the personalization layer.
