About the Position

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for finding highly skilled recruiters who can contribute to our organization's growth. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, and key HR contacts.
  • Gain a sound understanding of the assigned business structure and challenges to anticipate future recruitment needs.
  • Ensure effective communication with hiring managers and senior business stakeholders through regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
  • Become a key contact point for recruitment queries/issues.
  • Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future activity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
  • Experience: 8+ Years in Search/RPO Firms or excellent communication skills and zeal to nurture a career in RPO space.
  • Desired Competencies: Excellent written and oral communication, strong experience in hiring for Manufacturing roles, knowledge of professional network and job portals usage, head hunting skills, positive attitude towards work, high target orientation, and advanced knowledge of MS Office and database management.
