About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our blue-collar recruitment efforts in Europe through B2B partnerships. The ideal candidate will have established networks with local manpower agencies, training institutes, and sub-agents, enabling successful large-scale hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source, and recruit skilled and semi-skilled blue-collar workers (construction, manufacturing, hospitality, logistics, etc.) for Europe through strategic business alliances and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with manpower agencies, technical training centers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and final selection of candidates.
  • Maintain a steady pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing and future requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in overseas blue-collar recruitment with a focus on Europe.
  • Familiarity with trade testing, skill assessment, and technical evaluation processes.
  • Proven track record in B2B sourcing and partnerships, with ability to handle bulk hiring within tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of international recruitment processes for blue-collar workers, including compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
