Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Job Description:

This role is responsible for meeting enrolment/order intake goals by generating enquiries, conducting a compliant admission process, and ensuring system updates.

The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the micro-market within the designated territory, including understanding the prospect base, ecosystem, and dynamics of employment exchanges, third-party employers, non-organised sectors, tier-3 colleges, alumni bases, etc.

  • Employment exchanges, colleges, job fairs, unorganised sector workforce outreach, and other relevant initiatives within or outside the location.
  • Engaging graduates to ensure lead/enquiry generation.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders to create a database of eligible candidates.
  • Extensive travel for lead generation.
  • Expanding the base of locations by adding new areas every month.
  • Managing activities end-to-end, generating databases, making presentations, convincing prospects, and collecting training fees.

The specialist will be responsible for ensuring correct course information is shared with students and following the student admission process.

This involves updating systems regularly, providing daily activity reports, contributing to batch occupancy and launch, and other related tasks.
