**Job Description:**

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to join our team as a Business Analyst.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a focus on process improvement and system evaluation. They will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying requirements, and developing solutions to improve our business processes.

In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across various business units to understand their needs and develop effective solutions. They will also be responsible for documenting business requirements, creating detailed functional and technical specifications, and communicating system requirements to the development team.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to define and communicate the 'big picture' of the solution. They will also be a strong interpersonal, consultative, consensus builder, and issue resolution skill expert.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in Salesforce CRM required.
  • Change management and project management experience preferred.
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
