Job Title: Process Excellence Lead

This position will play a key role in facilitating and leading high-impact process improvement initiatives.

  • Deploy methodologies of definition, measurement, analysis, improvement and control to implement lean practices.
  • Optimize facility utilization, organize workflow and collaborate with colleagues to design efficient workstations and processes.
  • Facilitate groups & individuals across all functions to identify quality improvement projects and determine effective methodologies.

As a Six Sigma coach, provide expert guidance and assistance to Green Belts, Process Owners and Team Members in areas from statistics to change management.

Key responsibilities include leading teams through education/communication, partnering with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, tracking/reporting project results and ensuring sustained process improvements.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience, including at least 3 years of LEAN & Six Sigma experience and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the position.

Strong facilitation skills, analytical techniques, interpersonal, leadership and presentation/communication skills are required. Proficiency in various tools, including Kanban, 5S, visual management, Poka-Yoke methods, VSM and pull systems is also necessary.
