Job Title: Salesforce Platform Manager

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Platform Manager to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Administration and Configuration, with experience managing user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions. They will also have expertise in configuring and customizing Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and Process Builder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Salesforce user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and integrity.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and Process Builder to meet business requirements.
  • Perform data imports, updates, and ensure data quality using Data Loader or similar tools.
  • Create and maintain Reports and Dashboards for business insights.
  • Automate business processes using Process Builder, Flow, and Approval Processes.
  • Troubleshoot system functionality issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement efficient solutions.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, workflows, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Work with development teams for advanced customizations (Apex, Visualforce) when needed.
  • Provide end-user support and training on Salesforce platform usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Workflows, Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Loader or equivalent data management tools.
  • Proficient in building Reports and Dashboards.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification (preferred).
  • Available for rotational shifts.
  • Available to join immediately.

  • Experience with Salesforce integration with other systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing concepts.
