Job Title: Salesforce Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Salesforce professional to support daily operations, enhancements, and workflow management across teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing administrative tasks: user management, security, profiles, roles, permissions, and data management.

  • Perform advanced Salesforce Administration tasks: user management, security, profiles, roles, permissions, data management.
  • Support complex Salesforce development: validation rules, flows, process builder, reports, dashboards, and Apex/LWC changes.
  • Manage and maintain DocuSign templates, workflows, and integrations within Salesforce.
  • Assist with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) campaigns, automation rules, and lead management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely support to end users.
  • Communicate progress clearly and be accountable for deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce certification preferred).
  • Advanced understanding of Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows).
  • Hands-on experience with DocuSign integration in Salesforce.
  • Working knowledge of Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable for independent work.
