About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of innovative digital products.

This role involves working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and executive teams to define, build, and launch products that customers love.

  1. Define and articulate clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  2. Identify and size new opportunities based on market trends, customer insights, competitive landscape, and internal priorities.
  3. Create product concepts, prototypes, and user journeys to bring ideas to life.

Execution & Delivery

The Product Manager will own the end-to-end product lifecycle from idea through delivery and iteration.

  1. Translate product vision into well-defined epics, user stories, and functional requirements.
  2. Prioritize features using frameworks (e.g., MoSCoW, RICE) that balance customer impact, effort, and business value.
  3. Drive Agile ceremonies sprint planning, standups, retrospectives and ensure timely delivery with the engineering team.

Customer & Data Centricity

The Product Manager will work backwards from customer problems, using insights from interviews, feedback, and analytics.

  1. Leverage data (usage patterns, funnel analysis, NPS) to guide product decisions and optimize user experience.
  2. Define and track key product metrics, KPIs, and success criteria for launches.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

The Product Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, sales, operations, and support teams.

  1. Present product plans, updates, and demos to internal stakeholders and leadership.
  2. Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for a frictionless and delightful experience.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

The Product Manager will drive product experimentation and A/B testing culture.

  1. Stay updated with trends in technology, digital platforms, and customer experience.
  2. Continuously improve internal product processes.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  1. Proven success in launching and scaling B2C or B2B digital products (web/mobile/SaaS).
  2. Strong technical fluency able to converse comfortably with engineers and make trade-offs.
  3. Demonstrated ability to think big, dive deep, and deliver results.
  4. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, backlog tools (Jira, Trello, Asana), wireframing tools (Figma, Miro), and analytics platforms.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  6. Customer-obsessed mindset with bias for action and ownership.
