About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and delivery for our cutting-edge AI-powered cognitive search platform. This is a pivotal leadership role ideal for a high-caliber product professional who thrives at the intersection of innovation, user-centric design, and cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Strategy & Vision: Define and evolve the strategic product roadmap in alignment with business goals, market trends, and customer feedback. Drive long-term product vision with a focus on innovation, scalability, and competitive differentiation.

Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep market research, competitive benchmarking, and customer interviews to identify opportunities, gaps, and emerging trends in the AI search and enterprise SaaS landscape.

Lifecycle Management: Own and optimize the full product lifecycle using structured PLM principles. Ensure successful concept-to-launch execution with clear milestones and metrics.

Agile Product Execution: Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with engineering and UX to translate business requirements into user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to define GTM strategies, launch plans, enablement assets, and strategic messaging for new features and product bundles.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the product evangelist across internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on roadmap priorities, feature trade-offs, and customer commitments. Champion the voice of the customer at every stage.

Innovation & Differentiation: Drive forward-thinking feature innovation while continuously optimizing time-to-value, usability, and platform performance. Evaluate new technologies and frameworks that enhance our market position.

Quality, Compliance & Documentation: Ensure product excellence through internal testing, usability checks, and documentation. Oversee the creation of deployment guides, configuration manuals, and training materials. Ensure alignment with global compliance standards.
