Pharmaceutical Product Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and management of pharmaceutical product portfolios to drive business growth.
- Coordinate strategic product launches and execute impactful promotional activities.
- Conduct market trend research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with B2B sales teams to provide compelling product information and marketing tools.
- Ensure all product documentation and marketing materials meet regulatory standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) - mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pharma product management, preferably in B2B.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
