Senior Production Planner

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing detailed production forecasts based on customer orders, historical data, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage production schedules to meet demand and manufacturing capacity.
- Coordinate the availability of resources to meet production targets.
- Analyze production capacity and recommend adjustments to ensure efficient use of resources and alignment with production goals.
Additionally, this position involves:
- Tracking production progress and ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Monitoring production costs and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Identifying and resolving issues impacting production schedules, quality, or efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in production planning and control, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in lean manufacturing, MRP/ERP systems, and production scheduling.
Technical skills required include proficiency in ERP/MRP software, advanced skills in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools. Leadership skills are also essential, including the ability to lead and motivate a team, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and make strong decisions.
