About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused professional to lead the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and delivery for our cutting-edge AI-powered cognitive search platform. This pivotal leadership role is ideal for a high-caliber product professional who thrives at the intersection of innovation, user-centric design, and cross-functional execution in a fast-paced, enterprise SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the strategic product roadmap in alignment with business goals, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Conduct deep market research, competitive benchmarking, and customer interviews to identify opportunities, gaps, and emerging trends in the AI search and enterprise SaaS landscape.
  • Owning and optimizing the full product lifecycle using structured principles.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to define GTM strategies, launch plans, enablement assets, and strategic messaging for new features and product bundles.
  • Act as the product evangelist across internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on roadmap priorities, feature trade-offs, and customer commitments.
  • Drive forward-thinking feature innovation while continuously optimizing time-to-value, usability, and platform performance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in product management, preferably within B2B SaaS, AI/ML, or enterprise platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle, from market research to post-launch optimization.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities, with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
