Job Role
  • Manage legal documents across the organization, ensuring robust agreements with counterparties, including regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Assist in vendor management processes, develop and implement templates, and provide support to stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including international sanctions, anti-money laundering, and fraud.

The ideal candidate has experience in contract law and commercial law, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A qualified lawyer with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience, experienced in intellectual property law, business acumen, and strong drafting skills will thrive in this dynamic role.
