Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented legal professional to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for evaluating and implementing legal requirements across various aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Legal Requirements: Assess and review existing legal frameworks to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare Legal Clauses: Draft basic legal clauses for management agreements, contracts, vendors, and supply agreements.
  • Review Corporate Litigation: Analyze corporate litigation cases and develop action plans to mitigate risks.
  • Review Financing Facility Documents: Evaluate financing facility documents from a management perspective to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support Compliance Officer: Collaborate with the compliance officer and company secretary to ensure adherence to corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and statutory legal compliances.
