Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Legal Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support to ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulations.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Drafting and responding to legal documents such as letters and notices.
    • Managing records and ensuring effective document control.
    • Ensuring compliance with corporate, RERA and other applicable laws.
    • Providing legal advice through research into business operations, new laws and relevant case laws.
    • Coordinating with external lawyers on ongoing litigation and arbitration cases, maintaining records and updating them in a timely manner.
    • Partnering with internal departments to mitigate legal risks.

  • Requirements:

    • Candidates from law firms, real estate or construction backgrounds may apply.
    • Strong drafting and communication skills are required.
    • Candidates with 10+ years of experience from Delhi (NCR) preferably Gurugram should apply.

  • Skills and Qualifications:

    • Excellent knowledge of applicable laws, RERA and regulations is necessary.
