Our Legal Department is seeking a Corporate Counsel to work with legal professionals to provide solutions for business. This role involves working on regulatory compliance, including monitoring risk and implementing mitigation/remediation solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance on reviewing and drafting policies related to legal compliance.
  • Advising on data protection and privacy legislations, including incident management and record retention.
  • Supporting cyber security compliance and risk management, including advising on disclosure requirements and interacting with external vendors.
  • Advising on immigration laws in EU, APAC, and MEA, including reviewing policy/guidance documents and reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate will have an LLB/LLM and relevant experience as compliance counsel, preferably in multinational corporations.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of applicable regulations, including data privacy, cyber security, immigration, and mobility.
  • Independent project management, including interaction with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage/support review and audit exercises in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications include a degree in law and 8-14 years' work experience overall.
