About the Role:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Legal professional with hands-on experience in securitisation, debt documentation, and co-lending structures to play a key role in structuring, drafting, and negotiating financial and lending agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for co-lending transactions, securitisation, and debt instruments.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide legal support.
  • Liaise with external counsels, lenders, and financial institutions to ensure timely and compliant execution of transactions.
  • Ensure all documentation is in line with applicable legal, regulatory, and RBI guidelines.
  • Support due diligence, risk mitigation, and legal compliance checks related to lending activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the lending/financial services space.
  • Strong legal knowledge and prior exposure in co-lending structures, PTC/DA documentation, debt and borrowing transactions.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
