Job Title: Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to oversee legal and regulatory compliance, manage contracts, and provide strategic legal support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM); CS qualification preferred.
  • Proven experience with commercial contracts and legal compliance.
  • Familiarity with corporate secretarial and M&A matters is beneficial.
