About the role:
- We're looking for a Senior Client Service Manager who can lead our client service team.
- The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in B2B marketing, enterprise client servicing, or integrated campaigns.
- This person will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- The Senior Client Service Manager will work closely with the Head of Client Services/ General Manager to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the client service team to deliver exceptional results.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
