Location: Bengaluru & Mumbai

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head – RPO to lead our growing Recruitment Process Outsourcing business. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing a large-scale recruitment operation, managing client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving profitability.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in high-volume hiring, client and stakeholder management, and operational excellence across multiple sectors

Key Responsibilities:

- As the Head – RPO, you will be responsible for the overall success and growth of the RPO vertical. This includes full ownership of the business P&L, ensuring delivery excellence, and strengthening client partnerships.
- You will lead a growing team of recruitment professionals, including delivery leaders, and manage an ecosystem of sub-vendors to meet the hiring needs of multiple clients across various industries. Building scalable delivery models, optimizing recruitment processes, and maintaining high service levels will be key to your success.
- You will also be expected to play a hands-on role in client engagement, strategy formulation, and operational execution while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong leadership experience in managing large-scale recruitment operations
- Deep expertise in recruitment delivery, especially volume hiring across diverse sectors
- Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong decision-making and business acumen
- Proficiency in tracking and managing hiring metrics, SLAs, and operational KPIs
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Experience in vendor management and optimizing external partnerships

Experience Required:

- Overall work experience of 17 to 20 years in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Minimum 10 years of experience in leading RPO businesses or managing large RPO clients.
- Managing RPO experience is mandate.
