Workday Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workday Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with enterprise applications, specifically Workday, and possess strong technical skills in areas such as PeopleTools and SQL. Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:- Manage payroll processes, including data entry, calculations, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Workday functionality, including new features and updates.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT Industry
- Experience of working on enterprise applications or cloud applications such as PeopleSoft, Oracle eBusiness Suite, SAP, SuccessFactor, Oracle Cloud, or Workday
- Exposure to domains – HCM, Payroll (mandatory)
- Technical expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, MS SQL, or Oracle PL/SQL or functional expertise in setup and configuration of above mentioned application based on client specifications
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneous or experience of working for large enterprise clients
- Exposure to North America and EMEA region would be helpful
