Job Title: Workday Absence Consultant F/M/X

Overview:

As a Workday Absence Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and configuring Workday Absence Management solutions for our partners.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Configuration and Governance: Collaborating within the project framework to plan, organize, and set up governance structures.
  • Requirements Analysis: Conducting workshops to identify, analyze, and specify absence management requirements.
  • Functional Specifications and Configuration: Drafting functional specifications and configuring the Workday Absence Management module.
  • Progress Monitoring and Alignment: Monitoring progress and ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Testing and Validation: Defining and executing testing scenarios to validate absence management solutions.
  • Deployment and User Support: Supporting deployment and providing user assistance during the transition to Workday Absence.
  • Training and Change Management: Delivering training sessions to users and contributing to change management initiatives.
  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Education: A degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Workday Absence Management projects, including implementation, support, or migration.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Absence module.
  • Business Acumen: A strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in absence management, leave policies, and compliance.
  • System Configuration and Training: Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training within Workday.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in diverse and dynamic environments.
