Expert Workday Consultant

We seek an accomplished professional to spearhead Workday module delivery. As a key team member, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions across multiple Workday modules, including Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans to deliver complex solutions across client implementations.
  • Cultivate communication channels with stakeholders aimed at fostering improved collaboration.
  • Provide crucial information to leadership and key stakeholders, enabling informed, timely decisions.
  • Identify scope gaps and address them effectively.
  • Facilitate sessions with client personnel to verify required aspects of the concerned Module.
  • Configure Workday according to client requirements.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and smoke testing of delivered work, as well as peer review.
  • Application Testing – Assist clients with testing of the concerned Functional Module.
  • Production Support – Includes practices and disciplines of supporting the Workday solution for a period of time post deployment.
  • Migration Activities and Production Rollout – Assist with the rollout of the Workday solution into the production environment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 years' experience, with at least 5 years in Workday and overall.
  • Exceptional technical and functional skills are required for delivering complex solutions across client implementations.
  • Thorough knowledge of Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll configuration build.
  • In-depth understanding of Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll migrations, data conversion, and reporting concepts.
