Key Role in End-to-End Payroll Processing

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process from start to finish, including salary inputs, deductions, bonuses, leaves, and attendance data.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Process employee salaries, bonuses, and other entitlements with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage statutory compliance requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and Income Tax (TDS)
  • Prepare and validate salary sheets to ensure error-free disbursement and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Coordinate with finance teams to facilitate timely salary transfer and variable calculations
  • Handle payroll-related employee queries and concerns with professionalism and tact
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, or a related field with strong academic credentials
  • 3-7 years of experience in payroll processing with a proven track record of success
  • Advanced Excel skills with expertise in data analysis and management
  • Analytical and logical thinking skills for effective payroll data management and error resolution
  • Deep understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance with the ability to interpret complex regulations
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Working knowledge of payroll software with the ability to learn new systems quickly
