Job Overview:

We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to process multi-state weekly payroll for our Restaurant team members at assigned locations.

  • Process, audit, review, and reconcile restaurant payrolls on a weekly basis
  • Maintain high customer service standards through timely responses to emails and tickets
  • Maintain confidentiality for all payroll-related items
  • Assist Operations with payroll corrections and data entry
  • Research and resolve payroll matters
  • Correct job codes, rates, and wage reclassification requests
  • Input missing hours, mileage, per diem, and tip adjustments

  • Handle garnishments and verification of employment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred
  • 1 – 2 years of payroll processing experience required
  • Experience with Workday or comparable software a plus

  • Strong computer skills / Microsoft Office suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Superior interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
