Key Account Manager Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for converting prospects into customers by showcasing appropriate primary residential properties that meet their investment needs.

You will use leads generated by our marketing team as well as generate self-leads through local activities, procuring relevant databases and conducting on-ground activities in corporates and clubs.

Responsibilities include taking prospects for site visits, answering all relevant queries and liaising with developers or our developer relations team for any clarification if needed.

As a Key Account Manager, you will also ensure compliance with operations processes, satisfy prospects and customers at all touchpoints, provide after-sales services and assist in home loans for customers.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A graduation degree (MBA preferred)
  • A positive attitude for doing 2-3 meetings per day
  • Experience in direct sales
  • Good communication skills
  • Dexterity in understanding requirements of prospects and pitching property solutions
