About the Role

- Strategic Representation: Representing and selling franchise opportunities from a wide variety of national and regional brands.
- Client Advisory: Serving as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, identifying best-fit franchise models tailored to their investment and business goals.
- Negotiation and Closure: Facilitating negotiations and closing franchise deals virtually across multiple Indian states, without the need for travel.
- Client Relationship Building: Building and nurturing long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Reporting: Keeping detailed sales and lead reports using Microsoft Excel and collaborating effectively with the team.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven Franchise Sales Experience: A minimum of 2+ years in franchise sales with 20+ franchises sold—your experience speaks volumes.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for generating revenue and mastering multiple business sectors.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory, plus proficiency in regional languages (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi) depending on the market you'll cover.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related fields preferred but secondary to your sales record.
