We are seeking a Sales leader to drive our growth path. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
About the Role:
As the Sales Head, you will be a key member of our company's leadership team, actively participating in crucial decision-making processes. Your primary responsibility will be to drive new business growth by acquiring new logos and expanding our footprint in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Secure new logos in IT services and product sales
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
• Inspire the sales team to exceed targets, working closely with department heads
• Build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Stay ahead of industry trends to refine sales strategies
• Proven success in EMEA, with a strong leadership and strategic planning background
Our company operates in a fast-paced start-up mode, with a strong focus on niche specialization, flexibility, and speed. We are looking for enterprise clients who need integration help, and our product is gaining traction as a door opener amongst these clients.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT Service sales, with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
