Senior Engineering Leadership Opportunity

Overview:

A seasoned and accomplished engineering leader is sought to drive strategic initiatives, oversee the functioning of building systems, and champion energy conservation efforts across our resort portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engineering Strategy & Oversight: Develop and standardize engineering policies, lead capital investment projects, and establish benchmarks for property-level engineering teams.
  • Maintenance & Operations: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensure optimal performance of MEP systems, and coordinate with resort teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Energy Efficiency & Sustainability: Drive energy conservation initiatives and implement sustainable practices aligned with global hospitality standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Safety: Ensure regulatory compliance across all properties, conduct audits, and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Team Development & Management: Recruit, train, and mentor engineering teams, promote a culture of safety, service, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Advanced certifications in facility or energy management are desirable.
  • At least 15 years of experience in hospitality engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership.

  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Expertise in building systems and CMMS tools.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
