Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our quality assurance team in Bengaluru. This is a crucial role focused on supervising a team, ensuring operational efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of associates, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Motivate and coach team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Address and resolve team conflicts and challenges effectively.
- Ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality audits of team performance, including call monitoring and transaction reviews.
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and individual performance.
- Provide detailed feedback to team members based on quality assessments.
- Collaborate with management to implement quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of overall work experience.
- At least 1 year of documented, relevant experience in a Team Lead or Quality Analyst role.
- Graduation is a must.
- MBA is a must.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in performance management and coaching techniques.
- Exceptional attention to detail for quality assurance.
Work Environment:
- Must be flexible to work night shifts.
- This is a work-from-office (WFO) position.
