Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our overall quality strategy with 9-12 years of experience in Functional and Automation Testing, ensuring high-quality delivery in Agile projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for both manual and automated testing.
  • Drive automation initiatives using Selenium with Java and enhance test frameworks.
  • Manage and execute API testing for integration and end-to-end validations.
  • Perform SQL-based data validation and back-end testing for accuracy.
  • Leverage Python scripting for test data management, masking, and automation utilities.
  • Ensure the adoption of testing frameworks and maintain best practices.
  • Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git) for continuous quality checks.
  • Mentor QA engineers, track/report quality metrics, and communicate risks to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Selenium with Java for test automation.
  • Nice to have ISTQB Advanced and PMP.
  • Strong expertise in API testing (Postman, RestAssured, or similar).
  • Advanced SQL skills for data validation and back-end testing.
  • Hands-on Python scripting for automation and test data handling.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.) and Agile methodology.
