  • Lead end-to-end design thinking processes from discovery to delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups using industry-leading tools.
  • Execute comprehensive user research including behavioral analysis, journey mapping, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on design handoffs and implementation quality assurance to ensure successful product launches.
  • Partner strategically with product and business teams to align design solutions with technical constraints and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems with component libraries and design tokens to facilitate consistency and efficiency.
Essential Skills & Expertise:
  • Expert proficiency in Figma with advanced prototyping, component systems, and collaborative workflows.
  • 5+ years applying design thinking methodologies, persona development, and user journey optimization.
  • Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 guidelines and inclusive design principles to ensure accessibility and equality.
  • Expertise in responsive design, progressive enhancement, and mobile UX best practices.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to facilitate developer collaboration and effective communication.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in product design roles in high-growth startups or established tech companies.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design case studies with measurable business impact.
  • Optional Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
  • Background in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or consumer-facing digital products.
