Regional Demand Operations Manager (DMS)

We are seeking an experienced professional to bridge local vendors, SPOCs, and central IT. As the Regional Demand Operations Manager (DMS), you will play a crucial role in driving standardized service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence.

This role serves as the first layer of demand operations outside Pakistan, ensuring alignment of regional IT services with global corporate standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a liaison between local business SPOCs/vendors and central IT.
  • Ensuring local IT services are standardized under corporate control.
  • Overseeing procurement processes, including PR/PO creation and processing.
  • Coordinating with finance teams for invoice validation, approval, and processing.
  • Ensuring compliance with local/regional regulations, including contract and legal requirements.
  • Aligning regional IT setups with global standards and processes.
  • Providing troubleshooting and coordination support for non-standard applications and issues.
  • Acting as an escalation point for SPOCs facing complex IT/service challenges.
  • Supporting contract management and monitoring vendor performance.
  • Maintaining documentation, reporting, and compliance records for regional services.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 15+ years of experience in IT service management, vendor management, or demand operations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including PR/PO lifecycle, invoice management, and vendor payments.
  • Hands-on experience managing IT services, including telecom, networking, printing, and vendor contracts.
  • Good understanding of ITIL-based service management, including incident, request, and escalation handling.
  • Experience working with finance teams on budgets and invoice processes.
  • Familiarity with local compliance requirements for IT contracts and services.
  • Strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to ERP systems, such as SAP MM/FICO, for procurement and finance workflows.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience in multinational or regional IT operations.
