Driving Growth through Performance Marketing

Achieving scalable growth requires a strategic approach to performance marketing. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel acquisition, activation, and retention strategies to fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth plans across multiple channels, including Meta, Google UAC, YouTube, influencer collaborations, and affiliate networks
  • Build and analyze funnel dashboards to track install, activation, subscription, and retention using MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust)
  • Run A/B & multivariate tests on ad creatives, landing pages, CTAs, and pricing to reduce CAC, improve ROAS, and maximize retention
  • Execute email, push, and in-app campaigns to drive engagement, reactivations, and upsells
  • Cross-functional collaboration with design, content, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and optimize results
Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in consumer tech/D2C/apps
  • Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC, YouTube), and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Firebase, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Adjust)
  • Strong command over CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, churn, retention, and cohort analysis
  • Track record of scaling monthly active users and reducing CAC by at least 20-30% through data-driven optimization
  • Excellent analytical skills with comfort in Excel/Sheets, SQL basics, and data visualization tools
  • Strong storytelling skills to translate numbers into growth strategies for leadership
  • Growth hacker mindset: experimental, scrappy, and willing to test 100 things to find 1 big win
