Enterprise Development Manager

Key responsibilities include managing top institutional clients in assigned markets and strengthening relationships with CFOs and Treasury Heads of Corporate.
The ideal candidate will build a strong institutional book by offering product suites aligned with the investment objectives of these corporate entities.
The goal is to acquire assets upwards of 20% of the market share.
The successful candidate will lead a team of RMs to deepen existing relationships and acquire new clients from the market.
Regular events will be organized for institutional investors to enhance their understanding of our products and services.

The ideal candidate should possess:
- MF industry experience as an added advantage.
- Strong product knowledge.
- Adequate market knowledge and extensive networking capabilities.
- Effective key account management skills.
- An eye for detail.
- A willingness to expand job portfolio horizontally.
Candidates should hold an MBA degree with a minimum of 15 years of work experience.
NISM certification is compulsory.
