Implementation Consultant

The role of Implementation Consultant is to deliver exceptional results in implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams in implementing HCM solutions including Talent Intelligence, Human Resources, Benefits Intelligence, Workforce Management, Advanced HR Analytics, or Payroll.
  • Lead all phases of the implementation including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go-live and Post Go-Live.
  • Conduct requirement analysis and process reviews to understand client requirements and documents. Validate client functional requirements and map them to HCM functionality.
  • Configure the system to meet client needs, including setup of payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and other HR modules.
  • Provide internal status updates, noting issues/risks with recommended resolution.
  • Implement Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HCM features, updates, and best practices.
  • Train client staff to capably perform day-to-day activities.
  • Manage multiple client/project engagements simultaneously.
  • Identify best practices/lessons learned and document/share internally.
  • Complete new release training as needed.
  • Supervise junior consultants and senior consultants.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • B.Tech/MCA/MBA IT from an accredited university.
  • Six years of industry experience with HCM systems.
  • Five years of business process analysis and/or business application education or experience.
  • Four years of HCM implementation experience.
  • Experience with common Payroll and HCM business practices.
  • Prior work experience working with US-based clients.
  • Client-facing consulting experience.
