Job Summary:

A successful order management professional will be responsible for managing accounts receivable portfolios to ensure timely collections. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

About the Role:

  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable portfolios to ensure timely collections.
  • Contact customers via email/phone to follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., billing, cash application, sales) to resolve issues impacting collections.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
  • Prepare ageing reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities related to AR.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX controls.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in OTC collections or accounts receivable.
  • Strong understanding of the OTC process and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
