We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Accounts Receivables Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Receivables Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable process, from billing and invoicing to cash application and customer reconciliation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in billing, invoicing, and cash management. They will also possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Billing and Invoicing: Generate accurate and timely invoices for customers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Cash Application: Apply customer payments to the correct invoices, ensuring that all cash is applied without exceptions.
  • Customer Reconciliation: Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund.
  • Contacting Debtors: Negotiate payment plans, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will have a good understanding of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and will be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
