Job Title: Accounts Receivable Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable process from start to finish.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely collections from customers, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.

You will work closely with our sales team to resolve any issues that may arise during the payment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, credit notes, and collections
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer payments and outstanding balances
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Work closely with the sales team to resolve any issues that may arise during the payment process
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the accounts receivable process and implement changes as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable/asset management
  • Working knowledge of local Indian financial reporting and tax compliance requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
