Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable and general ledger entries.
  • Support preparation of financial statements, management information reports and monthly closing activities.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI and Professional Tax.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits with accurate documentation.
  • Manage reconciliations, including bank, vendor, customer and inter-company transactions.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis.
  • Monitor working capital, including receivables follow-up and vendor payments.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless financial processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA-Inter) with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems (SAP/Tally preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
