Main Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level technical support to installation companies, customers, and manufacturers, focusing on troubleshooting, problem resolution, and returns management.
  • Manage and record all technical calls and emails.
  • Conduct quality checks during installations and collect feedback from installers.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and prioritize customer service requests.
  • Escalate critical issues to the construction manager.
  • Track post-installation smart meter applications.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in the solar industry or education in renewable energy is advantageous.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A background in engineering, technical support, or service engineering is required.
  • Knowledge of solar, battery systems, and electrical diagrams is crucial.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is necessary.
  • A problem-solving mindset, self-motivation, and flexibility with working hours are also important.
